How can I subscribe to a Haymarket B2B product?
How do I renew my subscription?
- Online – follow the instructions at shop.haymarket.com/renewal.
- Telephone – call our Customer Service team on 01604 828702 to arrange your renewal over the phone.
- Post – if you have received a renewal notification by post, please return the attached coupon or follow the instructions to renew online.
- Email – if you have received a renewal offer by email, please use the links provided, alternatively you can email email@example.com.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Absolutely. We can upgrade your subscription to include either a magazine or website at any time. Just give the Customer Service team a call on 01604 828702 and they’ll be able to pro-rata your subscription for the rest of your term or upgrade you at the point of renewal.
In what ways can I pay for my subscriptions?
Direct Debit is the cheapest, easiest and most convenient way to manage your subscription, but we also accept most major credit/debit cards, cheques and BACS transfer. If you require an invoice and this option isn’t available please call 01604 828702.
Can I have online access only?
That depends on the product you’re interested in. To view the subscription options available, check out the relevant category group or visit the subscribe page of the actual website.
Can I change the address details for my subscription?
Yes, you can change your delivery and/or billing address at any time. Simply email your full contact details, old and new, along with your subscription number if you have it, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I order back issues and what are the prices and availability?
You can purchase back issues of our magazines online at shop.haymarket.com/Back-Issues/ or by calling 01604 828 702. This dedicated back issues service is operated by dsb.net on behalf of Haymarket.
Why can I not get full access?
Many of our product websites have gated content, which means you can only have full access with an online or package/premium subscription – a magazine subscription may not be sufficient. If you think your subscription should include online access then email the support address found on the login page of the relevant website e.g. email@example.com.
How do I get a password reminder for my online access?
Simply visit the log in page of the relevant website and you’ll find a forgotten password prompt, which will email your password to your registered email address.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible let us know why, so that we can better understand the needs of our customers.
How secure are my credit card details?
Rest assured all your details are safe with us. All transactions are performed on a secure web server. All information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology provided by Verisign. So when you submit an order online, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area, away from our internet pages.
Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
Absolutely, in fact the more subscribers you have, the greater the discount. Simply email your contact details, the product(s) you’re interested in and the number of subscriptions you require in order to receive a bespoke quote. For volume discounts please contact one of the following:
